Recent projects include:

Annual culture and network diagnostics on a business acquired by a large MNC software-as-a-service organization. Reya's role was to measure the current performance of key teams, identify areas of improvement, and recommend a strategy for improvement

Asia Pacific employee value proposition research, strategy and development of an engagement program for one of the world's largest FMCG companies. Reya's role is part of the development and implementation of the EVP throughout 8 countries in Asia Pacific.

Developed an ongoing organizational change program for one of the world’s largest express companies that led to an industry leadership position within customer experience. Reya was the key external partner and we lead the formation of the team, customer research, organizational research, communications programs, employee engagement, updated organizational systems, and strategy implementation.
